Our Lead Management System is completely integrated with all CRM data and Property/Listing data.
Leads can be entered directly by brokers/agents, by administrative staff, and when visitors to your site request additional information.
In addition to the basic information of who the lead is, MarketFronts Lead Manager also let's you track the source of the lead, and their requirements (location, size range, etc.). This information can then be used to search the MarketFronts Property/Listing database for properties that meet their requirements.
Leads are assigned to one or more brokers/agents. Brokers/Agents can then manage their leads in a private 'workspace' for them. There, they can track and organize information about the lead such as notes and files. They can also update the status of the lead giving management insight into their 'pending deals' pipeline.
Leads are maintained historically so from any contact you can in one click see leads they've been involved with in the past.
